Implemented by the Bombay Natural History Society (BNHS), this programme supports waterbird ringing and tracking across India to improve understanding of migration routes, site use, and seasonal dynamics.
Led by ACBK in partnership with RSPB and BirdLife International, this long-running project (since 2004) supports conservation of the Sociable Lapwing by improving understanding of breeding performance, migration routes, and wintering ecology.
This project addresses the growing challenge of illegal trapping and trade of wild birds in Iraq by investigating the socioeconomic drivers behind the issue and translating findings into practical conservation action.
